"Slow replies and too many policy excuses"
I mostly dealt with them through email and text, and the replies were slow. A few times they didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I had to follow up again just to get a straight response. What made it more frustrating was when they’d kind of fall back on “that’s our policy” instead of actually helping explain things or sort it out. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the communication felt messy and more annoying than it needed to be.

It worked fine overall, but I did feel like it was a bit expensive for what was included. I was hoping for a little more guidance throughout the process. It’s not bad by any means, just not quite the best value for me.

"Renewing was a hassle"
I thought renewing would be quick, but it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. There were too many steps, the replies were slow, and I kept having to check in just to figure out what was happening. It really felt like something that should’ve taken a few minutes, but somehow didn’t.

This really helped me as a first-time patient and made everything feel a lot less confusing. Based on my experience, I’d imagine it would make things easier for anyone going through it for the first time.

I wasn’t totally sure I’d get approved, and the process was just okay. The site makes it look simple, but I still had a bunch of questions and didn’t always know what was supposed to happen next.
It did work out in the end, just slower than I expected, and the updates were kind of minimal. I feel like this used to be better or at least more reassuring, so it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t give me much confidence along the way

They did help me with the state registry part, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process took longer than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to ask twice just to make sure I was doing it right. What annoyed me most was how it felt like there were little policy loopholes they expected you to figure out on your own. Not the worst experience, but definitely more frustrating than it should’ve been.

The intake form was simple and easy to get through, which I appreciated. But there wasn’t much else to it, so I felt a little disappointed afterward.

"Got in faster than I thought I would"
I wasn’t expecting to find an appointment that quickly, but there were more open times on Ohio Marijuana Card than I figured there would be. I’m not saying it’s always like that, but for me, I found a time that worked pretty much right away.
The process was simple enough, and I didn’t have to rearrange my whole day or keep checking back. I guess the best part was just being able to book it fast and move on without making it a big thing

The site laid out what documents I needed in a way that wasnt too confusing. I did have to double check one thing just to be sure, but overall it was clear enough and definitely saved me some time.

I was just hoping things would feel a little discreet, and they did, because everything was handled quietly, nobody made a big deal out of anything, and I never felt like my personal business was being put out there or talked about more than it needed to be

I had kind of mixed feelings about the phone support. The person I spoke with was friendly and did help me sort things out, so overall it was a good experience. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I felt like I had to explain the issue a couple of times. Still, they got the job done in the end.

I’m not great at keeping up with dates, so the reminders from ohiomarijuanacard.com ended up helping more than I expected. They showed up at the right time, and I didn’t miss my renewal. Nothing flashy, but it made the whole process a lot easier.

The clinic was fairly easy to get to, and the staff seemed nice enough. I’m not always sure about doing everything online, so I did like being able to handle it in person. That said, the wait was a bit longer than I expected, and parking was kind of a hassle. Overall, it was okay, just not totally smooth.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the doctor ended up being really kind and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed or judged at all, which made the whole visit a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the wait was a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience.
